S.A.L.T.
Stories Are Living Things (SALT) is an immersive, transdisciplinary storytelling performance that invites audiences into a shared journey of rhythm, remembrance, and repair. Blending participatory storytelling with dance, live music, film, and spoken word, SALT explores how stories live in the body — shaping our brains, movements, relationships, and collective resilience. Audience members are not passive observers; they become active participants in a dynamic exchange where movement becomes language and memory becomes medicine. Rooted in the understanding that narratives shape both personal identity and community futures, SALT creates a space where trauma-informed and embodied storytelling fosters connection, healing, and transformation. More than a performance, SALT is a living experience — a communal act of remembering and reimagining how we belong to one another.
